For a minimum of 50 people

For a minimum of 40 people, or for smaller numbers
Whole Butterfly Legs of British Lamb flavoured
with Rosemary and Garlic

Prime Mature Aberdeen Angus Sirloin Steak (approx 8oz)
Char-grilled over the barbecue coals to your requirements

Large Free Range Chicken Portions
seasoned with Herbs and Peppers or
Lemon Garlic and Thyme

*

Fresh Tuna, Swordfish (subject to availability)
or Salmon Steaks marinade in
Sun Blushed Tomato or Pepper and Lime

Barbecued Butternut Squash, filled with: roasted
peppers,Artichoke hearts, pine nuts and shaved Parmigiano
Regiano Parmesan V
or
Leeks, mushrooms, spinach, roasted onions and Goats cheese V

Served with

Morgan's Champion Pork Sausages (made to our recipe)
Hot New Potatoes, butter and chives or New Potato Salad,
and any three of our salads.


Followed by:
A choice of Desserts
with
A selection of Fine Cheese with Biscuits.

Coffee, Tea and Chocolate Mints to finish.
